About the HSANZ Early Career Group

The HSANZ Early Career Group is a Council-established advisory group representing trainees and early career haematologists across Australia and New Zealand.
The Group provides a forum to identify and discuss issues relevant to early career members and contributes advice and recommendations to HSANZ Council. It supports the development of initiatives in education, professional development, and member engagement, ensuring that early career perspectives are reflected in the Society’s activities.

Comprised of a Chair and State/Region Representatives, the Group plays an important role in strengthening connections across the early career community and supporting the next generation of haematology professionals.

These roles provide an opportunity to contribute to the direction of the Society, represent your peers, and help shape programs and initiatives for early career haematologists.
