Donna CatameroAssociate Director of Myeloma Research, Icahn School of Medicine, Mount Sinai Hospital, New York

Donna has worked as a NP in the MM Program at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York City and Mount Sinai, New York City. She then spent 2-yrs working for Celgene Corporation as Scientific Director of Medical Affairs in MM where she supported the launch of ide-cel and developed a CAR T educational program for healthcare providers. She now serves as Associate Director of Myeloma Research. In this position, she oversees clinical research projects and develops standards of care for professional practice. Donna is an active author, presenter, and educator including co-authoring “On the Horizon,” the concluding chapter in Multiple Myeloma: A Textbook for Nurses (3rd ed.). Ms. Catamero sits on the International Myeloma Foundation Nurse Leadership Board (NLB).  Additionally, having worked on the frontlines during the initial COVID surge in New York City, she authored an article on “Considerations of COVID-19–Specific Myeloma Guidelines in New York City” for APSHO.
