Paediatric Haematologist and Anticoagulation Lead (Full Time, Fixed Term 3 years) – Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and experienced clinician to join the RCH Clinical Haematology team as the Anticoagulation lead. The Anticoagulation lead is a critical leadership role providing guidance and strategic direction related to governance for all anticoagulation services at RCH, in line with the RCH vision and strategy.
The Anticoagulation lead will consistently provide the highest quality family-centred care, with a focus on campus wide education strategies promoting consistency of care, whilst maintaining strong staff engagement, in addition to developing and maintaining effective relationships with the community , industry and patients and families.
Experience and enthusiasm to facilitate important clinician lead research will assist to achieve these objectives.
